Beyond business, Dr. Pandey is deeply committed to social impact and sustainability-driven initiatives. He serves as Chairperson of the Nepal Medical Tourism Organization and the United Economic Foundation. He is also a life member of the Nepal Organ Donation Foundation and Globally Concern for Climate Change (G4C), and a member of the Association of Mutual Funds in India.
